The beautiful yurt can accommodate up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and one bathroom. During your stay, you will have the entire yurt to yourself. This two bedroom yurt is located on a farm down a private road on the northern end of Flathead Lake. The views from the yurt vacation rental are spectacular as it sits on a 7-foot platform for you to enjoy 360-degree views of the valley. During your vacation stay, you will have views of Glacier Park, Flathead Lake, Blacktail Mountain, the Swan Mountains, and the big skies and stars of Montana. The yurt has 855 square feet of space which includes 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen with Miele appliances, a nice sized living area, dining area, and a washer and dryer.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp id=\”p\”\u003eThe Somer Yurt has 360-degree views that are hard to beat. The bedrooms in the yurt are separate from the living area and have barn doors that lead into the bathroom. The Somer Yurt is fully heated in the winter and there are 2 air conditioners for the bedrooms in the warmer summer months and Dyson fans in the living area. The dome on the yurt can also be opened for even more ventilation. Four glass windows slide open. You will have full access in the yurt but other people are sharing the property, notably the farmer and sometimes in the newly refurbished barn that is nearby. There are a farmhouse, barn, and other farm buildings near the entrance to the farm but that is 1/3 mile away.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp id=\”p\”\u003eThe view and the setting of the Somer Yurt are unique. The only land between the yurt and Flathead Lake is the Waterfowl preserve so there are unobstructed views. To the East of the yurt, you will see the Swan Mountains. Looking north, you\u0026rsquo;ll enjoy views of Whitefish Mountain and Glacier Park and the westerly view looks of Blacktail Mountain. During your vacation stay at the Somer Yurt, you will need to have a car. Yurts are still used today by nomadic herders on the steppes of Central Asia and they have also worked their way into Western society.
